In this 12 Week Online Course by Lucia Toker we work with specific tools, shared through videos for the study, practice and development of the movement. We will walk you through specific technical exercises and then turn them into movement explorations in order to integrate, dynamize, amplify and enhance the work done before. You are welcome to share your work during the learning process through your own videos and receive feedback from us. We are here to support you!
