I am a 44 year old sport scientist, sport freak over all disciplines and martial artist with plenty of experience in stretching, flexibility etc workouts. I can say Alex’s course is one of the best. What I loved the most were the follow along Videos in every week. I implemented so many aspects in my daily practice that I have to thank Alex so much. You did a great job!!

Read MoreI started this course while doing Matt Mulligans "Floorwork&Acrobatic Basic" Course. The main aim was to improve my upper body mobility for bridging and stuff. I really enjoyed the whole Course. I was able to benefit a lot. The course is very structured and Alex's feedback is very precise and helpful. I have implemented a lot in my own practice. And the best of all: I was able to gain a lot of flexibility, which is noticeable in handstands and bridges! Keep moving
