Where does this course lead?

If you would like a comfortable base of postures and transitions to move fluidly between the ground-level, mid-level, and standing-level with comfort and ease – while learning a series of accessible acrobatics – then this course is for you.

By the end of your 12-week course you can have the confidence and vocabulary to follow and generate basic sequences of movement at three major height-levels, and be able to integrate a vocabulary of fundamental acrobatic movements including rolling, cartwheeling, bridging, and basic handstands.

The intention is to give you clear, visible and reliable growth in your movement abilities; a solid foundation and a platform for further learning.

For me as a 44 year old with his last acrobatic skill practice decades ago this was the best course to get the flow rolling again. I am really familiar with the floor because of my bjj training but in this course you will be guided through three levels. Floor, mid and standing level and this is a really great approach to follow along. At the end it will be all put together into Nice flow sequences and freestyle movements. After this course you will have all the basic knowledge to start your circus career or just to impress your kids.

What People Are Saying

I was very skeptical about an online course but I really benefit a lot

Anna W

Hi Matt! Thank you so much for your feedback and your supporting kind words. Such great, detailed and useful feedback!

Everything make sense and I can integrate everything. Can't wait to practice. Thanks for answering already.

It is helping me a lot to think more about grounding. And again it helps so much to have such an sharp and exact eye on my practice.

I was very skeptical about an online course but I really benefit a lot from it. Looking forward to the next session"

Great Feedback... A gamechanger

Thorsten

“Wow, thank you for the great feedback Matt. I am already working on this rolling and progression is there … I like your positive thinking. Conditioning is a game changer! I love it. Hip bridge feels way more comfortable with your explanation.”

Really great, amazing feedback

David B

“I've put some more awareness to the gliding of the feet between the postures and the small corrections really felt like a big difference, also allowing some smoother movement and transitioning. Looking forward to working with and on it. So far it is really great. Thanks a lot for the amazing feedback”

Mind-blowing Revelation!

Alex B

“A mind-blowing revelation was how a ‘clear sense of direction’ is such big part of my blind spot. After learning this I've been playing around with creating a clearer sense of direction of where my body starts and ends ... I let that be my intention for the practice and lo and behold, the aesthetics took care of themselves! Thanks for the insight!”

Your cues for working with relaxing the body and 'floating' my skull.. has helped in my practice overall!

Emily S

"Hello! [Since previous feedback] I’ve been working on making my shapes clear.

Your cues for working with relaxing the body and 'floating' my skull to help re-train my ‘goose neck’ has helped in my practice overall!

Thank you for that and for your feedback on this submission as well"
